Why is sandra rinomato not on property virgins

We really hope the U. She is a asset to HGTV. Gary and Becky Holleran. I am so disappointed to realize that Sandra will not be on Property Virgins…I will wait and hope that the network will be picking up her new show! Lots of success to you.. I was shocked to hear Sandra was leaving. I will give Egypt a chance, but I certainly will miss Sandra. She is a beautiful lady. I wish you the best Sandra and hope to see you back on TV real soon.

I will miss Sandra a lot. She totally made the show. Good luck Sandra, hope to watch you again. Your knowledge and personality made every show unique…Hope your new show is picked up in the USA…I will be on the look out Thanks again…..

I love Sandra and Property Virgins and was sorry to see she had left the show. Looking forward to it! Love this Blog by the way! I found you via Pinterest! Hopefully HGTV will find a starring role for her soon!!! I also always watched Property Virgins because of Sandra. There was always something sincere about her that very few would be able to duplicate.

Disappointed that my favorite HGTV show is gone. In a way, they are. HGTV has to have a show that appeals to its viewers so it can make money. I was wondering what happened to Sandra Rinomato! I loved Sandra as the host of Property Virgins! When I saw the commercials announcing the new host taking over, I stopped watching Property Virgins! We will miss you Sandra…really enjoyed what you brought to the show. Best of luck in the new venture! I agree, I have watched Sandra for years!

And love her. I cannot get use to the new host and have thought I was alone, cannot stand her annoying voice — wrong choice HGTV. After reading all the comments, I am glad to see I am not the only one that will miss Sandra! The show will not be the same without her. Just like house hunters is not the same without Susanne Wan and what happened to Teresa LaPore on design to sell? Ditto, ditto, ditto. We are watching only reruns. The show is not the same without Sandra, will watch the reruns — no one can replace her.

Sandra, best of luck in your new ventures but you will be missed. I like the concept for her new show and look forward to watching it when it shows in the US. We too will miss Sandra, loved and looked forward to my free evenings to watch her show. Sandra was a lot of fun to watch — definitely a unique personality on TV. I really liked that aspect of the show when Sandra was hosting.

Sandra is Property Virgins!!!!!. She is a wonderful host and really makes the show interesting. You have lost a realy asset and the show will never be the same. I love the Sandra Rinomato deals with her clients and it is one of the reasons I got into the show.

I am very sorry to see her leave, but, as an individual, she has a right to choose to do something else. I will miss her, though! I loved watching Sandra so much that I even watched repeats. I will watch her again and again. She is smart and has come up with great ideas. I was wondering after catching an episode over the last few days who the new host was. Hope to see Sandra again! She was my favorite!!! I hope you could return soon if by any chance you are coming back Love Cheri D.

Hey HGTV, are you getting all this? Now two of the three are gone. Stop screwing with what works! I enjoy both ladies and the different personalities they bring to the show. I have been a fan and am still a fan of PV. I hope the viewing audience triples in size. Sandra is still on the network. Sandra made that show!!!

I do not understand why HGTV keeps making these host switches with no explanation. The more changes they make, the more I look for something else. Understand your plan might go off the rails at some point, but if you have a plan you can proceed toward your goal.

Recognize that this is a big deal. This is serious and this affects your life. And if you do get a preapproval from a lender, it may have conditions, so you have to pay off your credit card or your student loans… and a lot of people make the mistake of not taking that seriously and then shopping and finding out too late they have to have that stuff before they can get the mortgage.

The other mistake with first-time buyers especially, they expect to get their forever home right of the gate, but you have to take one step at a time. You may not want to, but in Toronto or Vancouver, the first step is a condo. People really may want a house, and you know what, you can get there. Get the condo, get used to the culture around budgeting and being a homeowner and build equity in the condo… and then you can move up. Talk to your mortgage professional to see what your options are.

What do you make of the real estate market right now in Canada and where do you think its heading? It has every market.

Condos are outperforming every other type of real estate. They are busy, the prices have gone up significantly just in the last six months because it is the last frontier, the last affordable product people can buy.

If you think Toronto is expensive now, just wait. Yes, people qualify for less. I do think there should be a little bit of leeway, for people who have to renew in a couple years who may not qualify under the stress test when they have to renew their mortgage. I say calculate what you spend by tracking every penny you spend for a month. Exhibiting her trademark go-getter attitude, the Atlanta resident chose to seize the day — she auditioned for the role as host of HGTV's Property Virgins.

To her surprise, she landed the job. Fast forward to only four episodes into Sherrod's pilot season, when she got another life-changing surprise: she was pregnant! Terrified that HGTV would terminate her contract if they found out, she hid her burgeoning bump.

And I wanted my baby, and I wanted my happiness, but I wanted my dream too. To the network's credit, the show certainly seems to do its part to encourage and empower women.

After all, both of the hosts — Sandra Rinomato and Sherrod — have been strong, smart, outspoken females. It's the kind of thing that only seems to happen in the movies — a grad student scrolling Craigslist ads for work comes across a job listing that seems too good to be true. Her idol is hiring, and she applies. Sounds like something straight out of Hollywood, right?

Only, in this case, it's Alexandra Cote's life. When she came across Sandra Rinomato's listing for a part-time administrator at Rinomato's Toronto brokerage, Cote was a huge fan of Property Virgins. So, understandably, she couldn't help but pinch herself over her good fortune. It kind of felt like destiny.

Destiny, indeed. Cote would go on to be mentored by Rinomato, coin the term "Property Coach," and earn the honor of being voted the Toronto area's best real estate agent she still works at Sandra Rinomato Realty. Plus, judging by her Instagram , her relationship with her mentor has evolved from all business into a bona fide friendship. The running joke when it comes to Property Virgins is that every potential homebuyer or homebuying couple on the show seems to have a disproportionately massive budget in comparison to their vocation.

Like, really, Dan the goldfish farmer, how can you afford a half-a-million-dollar home? C'mon, Susan, you're telling us you lick stamps for a living but you're paying cash for that McMansion?

Alright, all you Property Virgins fans, gather 'round! And yes, there are going to be some things you don't want to hear. But sometimes, you have to look at even the bad parts of your favorite show. As far as the Canadian Real Estate expert can recall, she said no to being on the show several times before deciding to do it. After saying no "a million times" she eventually said yes because she had zero confidence in the show.

And never thought it would run worldwide. No one was more surprised than I was at its success. The real reason she did the show was so that she could have fun and eventually show her grandkids.

This will be fun. We'll do two or three episodes and I'll have a disc to show my grandchildren. Look what Nana did! Sandra Rinomato left the show because she wanted to focus more on women buying real estate rather than couples.
