That will never happen. The upper management should be ashamed of themselves with the way they run the company. There is zero support for staff, they expect you to work through your breaks. Even though it gets very busy, time goes by so fast and the managers are very helpful. You become a family. When the family stops by and visit, they are very friendly and approachable. Fun and productive! I never had a job where I was this happy. This company is big on family just like you see on TV. What you see is what you get! Beautiful people inside and out.
