What Mary later realized was that long before any of this began, God had looked ahead and saw the wreck of failure on the road of her life. Knowing what she would face, he fastened her in with the seatbelt of his Word, protected her with a cushioned airbag of her family, daughters and his people, and provided her a window of escape through his love and grace.
Even today, Mary is amazed at how God has taken the most painful event of her life and brought good out of it. She has served as a valued staff minister at Saddleback Church, providing a Christ-centered place of comfort, encouragement and support for women who are struggling with the pains of rejection and failure.
Mary bounced back from failure because she was able to deal with it, receive forgiveness, learn from it, grow from it, and let it motivate her. Allow God to teach you, motivate, and grow you through your failure. He still has a plan for your life and a place for you in this world. He is also founder of Pastors. Copyright Pastors.

We Move Together. We usually think of failure as something negative. But wise people know how to take advantage of it. They learn from it. They use it as an education. Failure is one of the primary tools that God uses in your life to make you what he wants you to be. Talk It Over Think back to one of your worst failures. The disciples had worked all night and caught nothing, but later they went out again for ten minutes and caught more than they ever had before. It was the same lake, the same boat, the same nets, and the same people fishing.
So what made the difference? There are actually three differences between the two fishing expeditions, and these differences give us principles to follow when our best attempts end in failure.
I believe any person who applies these principles will be a genuine success in life. God intended them to be easy to understand, so that everybody could get in on the benefit.
Everything I touch falls apart. My problems are insurmountable. I can never do anything right. Of course not. As a father, I want my children to be successful, to be the best they can be. Likewise, your heavenly Father wants you to be successful in life—in your personal life, your family, your spiritual growth, and all your relationships.
