Achievement popped on 2nd rig as soon as I picked it up. Posted by DuBear61 on 24 Mar 15 at AngelicQueenx , 03 Oct 03 Oct 17 Oct Alright so this achievement has become glitched, but fret not, it is still very easily attainable as long as you follow this solution!
Go about collecting the secrets like you would, don't worry about the end screen for some of the levels, it will say you have only collected 1 out of 2 or even say there were no secrets in the level.
Once you have completed the game, You should only be missing the two secrets that you did not collect during Taking down the oil rigs. Load up the mission Taking down the oil rigs via the chapter select Difficulty does not matter and collect your last two secrets.
After picking up the second secret the achievement will unlock. Whatever you do though DO NOT pick up those secrets with the patch installed or else you will have to do the above method which is a real pain in the ass, so save yourself a headache! Hopefully this solution helps clear things up with this achievement!
